Lineup — Live Sports TV Guide

Last updated: April 21, 2026

Overview

Lineup is a live sports TV guide that helps you find games across your streaming services. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the app does and does not collect.

Data We Collect

None. Lineup does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Specifically:

Data Stored on Your Device

Lineup stores your preferences locally on your device only:

This data never leaves your device. It is stored using the platform's local storage mechanism (Roku Registry, AsyncStorage, or browser localStorage) and can be cleared at any time by uninstalling the app.

Third-Party Services

Lineup fetches publicly available sports schedule data from third-party APIs (ESPN, TheSportsDB) through our backend server. These requests do not include any personal information or device identifiers. Our server does not log IP addresses or any user-identifying information.

Deep Linking

On supported platforms (Apple TV, Android TV, Fire TV, iOS, Android, web), Lineup can open the corresponding streaming app when you select a game. No data is shared between Lineup and the streaming app during this process. On Roku, deep linking is not available due to platform restrictions — the app will show you which service carries the game so you can navigate there yourself.

Children's Privacy

Lineup does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13. The app is a passive guide that displays publicly available sports schedules.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update this page with the new effective date.
